Acknowledgement of Risk

I, the undersigned parent/guardian, understand that participation in the soft play area involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and other unforeseen incidents.

I voluntarily allow my child(ren) to participate and accept all risks associated with the use of the soft play area.

Rules & Safety Guidelines

I agree that my child(ren) will follow all rules listed below:

General Rules

  • Maximum height: 4 ft 6 in (137 cm)

  • Maximum age: 9 years old

  • Maximum capacity: 20 children at any one time

  • Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times

  • No shoes allowed inside the soft play area (socks must be worn)

  • Legs must be covered at all times

  • No food or drink allowed inside the soft play area

Play Behaviour

  • No rough play, pushing, or bullying

  • No running outside of the soft play area

  • No climbing on the outside of structures

  • No hanging from netting or barriers

  • No use of equipment in an unsafe manner

Slides & Equipment

  • No climbing up slides

  • Feet first only down slides

  • One child at a time on the slide

  • No stopping in the middle of slides

  • No parents/guardians allowed down the slide

  • No standing on slides

Ball Pit Rules

  • No diving or jumping into the ball pit

  • Balls must stay inside the ball pit

  • No throwing balls outside the designated area

Health & Safety

  • Children who are unwell or showing symptoms of illness must not enter

  • Any accidents or injuries must be reported to staff immediately

  • Staff instructions must be followed at all times

Parental/Guardian Responsibility

  • I confirm that I am responsible for supervising my child(ren) at all times.

  • I understand that staff are not responsible for individual child supervision.

  • I agree that my child(ren) will follow all rules and instructions provided.

Damage & Liability

I accept full financial responsibility for any damage to equipment, facilities, or property caused by my child(ren) due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the rules.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge the business, its owners, employees, and representatives from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the soft play area, except where caused by proven negligence.

Consent & Agreement

I confirm that:

  • I have read and understood this waiver and all rules

  • I agree to abide by all terms and conditions

  • I accept full responsibility for my child(ren)’s participation
